{Devoted}

Hey there!

Another month, a new mood board challenge and this one is simply stunning with its beautiful soft blue tones.
​So here is my new Design Team layout for the Random Arts April Moodboard challenge titled 'Devoted'

I incorporated two different card stocks for this layout.
I ripped one of them basically in half horizontally and inked the edges. Before adhering on top of the other card stock, I stuck some lace embellishments down where the two were going to overlap.
I used foam tape to stick the top one down so it is slightly raised above the bottom one, which you may be able to see in one of the close up photo's below.

​I used a die to cut out the frame for my photo and then glued down some glitter to make it sparkle.
I placed wood wool under my photo and embellishments for added texture.

I used quite a few resins in this layout, which are all available from the Random Arts store online.
For these resins, I used wax on some and sprays on the others (see my product list below).

I painted some silver wax over the green leaves to blend it a little with the layout and I added some blue beads, stencilling and script stamp around the layout to finish it all off.
