Altered Resin Skull

Hellloooooooo Everyone......
Today I have for you a little experiment I did altering a Resin Skull in a few easy steps.....

Step 1

Take you Resin skull and put a candle on it. (I just used cheap candles from the supermarket and cut them in half to have more control over the wax dripping.

Step 2

I have glues a few Mitform cogs in the eyes and on the lower jaw then added another candle and allowed it to burn down, (remove any drips you dont like)

Step 3

Now give the whole thing 2 coats of Black Gesso, making sure not to leave any white
bits....

Step 4

To finish off I have used Old Silver Wax to bring out the detail,
you can of course colour this however you like......
